The apps

URSee, URSeeStreamer, and URSee Remote are provided by Spatial Sense. Your use of the apps is also governed by the terms of the store you obtained them from, including Apple's standard licensed application terms.

Professional use

The apps are monitoring tools for live production. They are not a measurement instrument or a broadcast-safety device; final image judgments should be confirmed on your production's reference monitoring. You are responsible for the configuration and security of the networks you run them on.

No warranty

The apps and this site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spatial Sense is not liable for any damages arising from their use, including lost footage, lost production time, or lost profits.
